Within the first two weeks
Learn your role and function in your team.
Schedule recurring one on one (1x1s) meetings with your leader to discuss your role, your adjustment to Dell, project updates, and to get to know your leader.
Need to install software? On your computer go to start and search for software center and you will find Dell approved software to download
Meet with existing ITDP participants to get an overview of the program. Network and start to build relationships
Find out what meetings you should be attending and add them to your Outlook calendar. Learn how to locate and reserve conference rooms here
Sign up here for the mandatory training modules designed for new hires at Dell. Complete Module 1 first and then complete the other classes (A, B, and C) in any order
Create a professional Outlook email signature and upload your professional headshot here to be used within Dell services
Within the first month
Register for health insurance and 401K here
